In short
Race and Trail is a world calendar of opening dates: lotteries, permits, huts and race registrations. It tracks 101 openings so you don't miss the day it all happens.
What the site does
- 100 guides, one per trail, peak or race, with the opening date, closing date, results, price and requirements.
- Lists by month, activity, type, region and country.
- Practical guides on the most sought-after lotteries and permits.
- An email reminder, in preparation: it is not in service yet.
What the site does not do
Race and Trail sells no bib, no permit and no hut night. Applications, lotteries and bookings always happen on the official website, linked from every guide.
Where the dates come from
From the official website when it has published them, otherwise from the specialist press, otherwise from an estimate based on previous years. Every guide says which. It is all explained in our method.
Who we are
Race and Trail is published by Stéphane R.
